Another new song. One of the poppier things I’ve ever written. I’ve been listening to a lot of Drake and Rick Ross lately, make of that what you will?

I wrote and recorded “One Day, I Won’t” yesterday. It’s part of a big fat batch of songs I’ve been working on over the last week or two. At some point an EP or LP will result. Some of it is electroacoustic, some of it is light and funky, and then there are a couple songs like this one.
“One Day, I Won’t” is lo-fi, fuzzed/blissed out, and either hypnotic or repetitive depending on whether you like it. I’ll probably throw vocals on it at some point. I was kind of going for a Martin Rev meets early M83 kind of sound, if the tapes were accidentally dropped into some bleach. Tell me what you think!
